No amount of worrying will make any changes to your life . While if you are worrying about today , I would say to an extent it’s acceptable. But worrying about tomorrow or future is nothing just carrying two day’s load at once with one day’s strength.

Allot a worry hour —Instead of worrying randomly and constantly about things ,allot yourself time to worry about things but be sure that you stick to that time and not worry during rest of your day .
—At your worry hour , be concerned and conscious about yourself.
—Challenge and analyse how your thoughts are going ? Is it anxious or is it going towards solution.
—Accept uncertain things and have positive people around who can cheer you up ..
When you accept things , start to divert your thinking from anxiety to solvability. It’s tough to be mindful here , but you will be able to do it over practice.
At the end of the day, you are the powerhouse of energy . You are the resource of deep and high energy . If it’s positive ! Let it be ! And when it’s positive , let it happen as you believe!
